Chronology of cameras Pontiac

Traduction de Daniel C.

The lens seems peculiar on this  camera knowing the usual finish quality and the aestheticism of the other Lynx.

B Vial explains it as an attempt by Pontiac to clear a stock of bodies by adapting a low cost lens with a simplified mechanic. On this Roussel, the focus is made by turning the front ring. There is no helecoid any more but a simple conical tube instead. The tooling costs are therefore reduced.
